Our Plano, TX client is looking to hire a Director of Human Resources on a contract to possible hire basis.
Ensuring employee communications strategies are in place with all plant locations
Implement and coordinate all HR policies
Manage company HR planning and resourcing
Responsible for making sure the company stays in compliance with state and federal regulations – filing all government reports, unemployment, I-9, and Cobra, OSHA and labor laws
Maintain an efficient recruitment process, including monitoring the compliance to recruitment process standards
Ensure that the provision of employee of employee benefits is consistent
Ensure all HR policies are market competitive, cost effective and in line with the company’s people and business strategies
Oversee all payroll operations
Maintain a safe and environmentally effective working environment
College Degree Required
5-7 years of Human Resources experience
Strong knowledge of employee relation, industrial relations and organizational development
Experience with employee termination and exit interviews
Strong written and verbal organizational skills
Friendly and outgoing personality
Proficient in all MS Office software(Excel, Word, Outlook)
